Presas Política de Nuestra América: Carmen Villalba ¡URGENTE !
Desde Socorro Rojo Nuestra América llamamos a la solidaridad internacionalista para exigir justicia y verdad por los Crímenes de Lesa Humanidad cometidos por el Estado Paraguayo a través de las fuerzas especiales, las Fuerzas de Tarea Conjunta (FTC). Son responsables del secuestro, tortura y ejecución extrajudicial de las niñas de 11 años de edad como la desaparición forzada de “Lichita” de 14 años en el 2020.
Organismos Internacionales de Derechos Humanos, donde el Estado Paraguayo adscribe y es parte, lo instan al esclarecimiento de los crímenes aberrantes cometidos y a la búsqueda de “Lichita” por parte de su madre, Carmen Villalba.
La presa política comunista, se encuentra en el Penal de Minga Guazú, en condiciones de exterminio y tortura con el fin de silenciar el derecho a la búsqueda de su hija. Carmen Villalba ha compurgado su condena hace más de 3 años, sin embargo desde el 10 de octubre de 2024 junto a su hermana Laura Villalba y su compañera Francisca Andino han sido aisladas con el fin de deteriorarlas en su integridad humana.
Entendemos la solidaridad como la ternura de los pueblos, es por eso que invitamos y convocamos a organizaciones a firmar estás notas presentadas en Uruguay, con el fin de fortalecer la solicitud en Embajadas de Nuestra América.

Political Prisoners of Our America: Carmen Villalba
URGENT!
From Socorro Rojo Nuestra América, we call for internationalist solidarity to demand justice and truth for the Crimes Against Humanity committed by the Paraguayan State through its special forces, the Joint Task Forces (FTC). They are responsible for the kidnapping, torture, and extrajudicial execution of 11-year-old girls, as well as the forced disappearance of 14-year-old «Lichita» in 2020.
International human rights organizations, to which the Paraguayan State subscribes and is a party, urge the State to clarify the abhorrent crimes committed and to search for «Lichita» by her mother, Carmen Villalba.
The communist political prisoner is being held in the Minga Guazú Prison, under conditions of extermination and torture, intended to silence her right to search for her daughter. Carmen Villalba has served her sentence for more than three years. However, since October 10, 2024, she, along with her sister Laura Villalba and her partner Francisca Andino, have been isolated in order to deteriorate their human integrity.
We understand solidarity as the tenderness of peoples, which is why we invite and call on organizations to sign these notes presented in Uruguay, in order to strengthen the request to Embassies of Our America.
