ALTERNATIVE MEDIA, PARTIES AND MOVEMENTS CONDEMN THE BOMBINGS AGAINST THE KURDISH PEOPLE IN KOBANE
We have once again witnessed brutality and fascism against the Kurdish People. The recent bombardment by the imperialist forces in Kobane only shows us that despite the official discourse, the poor peoples of the world do not live in a free world where human rights and the self-determination of peoples are respected, on the contrary, we live in a globalized world where total disregard for life, genocide and ethnocide, war and colonialism are the norm.
Not only have they bombed the Kurdish People, but chemical bombs have been dropped on them in violation of all international norms that international humanitarian law itself has drawn up in the hands of those who today present themselves as the murderers.
The international community today is embarrassingly silent because it is dominated by the power of the imperialist forces and the others are subjected to their interests either by opinion or political weakness.
This genocidal war action has also had as a backdrop the repression against the civilian population and against alternative Kurdish journalism in Turkey, where dozens of journalists have been arrested in order to deepen the criminalization of the just struggle and denunciation and thus silence to the brave and democratic media. The demand for the immediate and unconditional release of all political and political prisoners as well as imprisoned children must constitute the principle for the solution so that the Kurdish People conquer their life and freedom.
The thousands of loss of life of the civilian population where women, the elderly and children are, as always, the main victims and the right of the Kurdish People to build their future in a free, independent and sovereign way must call on all the democratic parties, popular and revolutionary, the social movements and all the alternative press media to energetically condemn this new and brutal aggression. We cannot allow the genocide to continue we have to take action.
