Comrade OMAR CAMPOVERDE, leader of the Guevarist Land and Freedom Movement MGTL of Ecuador, a political prisoner as a result of a political-judicial setup, runs the risk of being TRANSFERRED TO A HIGH SECURITY PRISON.

An INTERNATIONAL CALL – INTERNATIONAL ALERT is made to all political, social, popular and revolutionary movements to exert all forms of pressure to stop this unjust and illegal transfer.

Political prison is the punishment of the oligarchies against those who fight for the effective emancipation of peoples and people. It is the tool to annul that spirit of rebellion against all types of exploitation and oppression.
